Payment Schedule
Program fees are due according to the payment schedule provided during enrollment. Late payments may result in suspension of access to course materials and sessions until account is current.

Refund Policy: Program fees may be refunded within 14 days of enrollment, provided no course materials have been accessed. After this period, fees are non-refundable except in cases of program cancellation by molveraxen.
Intellectual Property Rights
All course materials, including but not limited to written content, video presentations, audio recordings, and interactive exercises, remain the exclusive property of molveraxen.
Usage Rights
Participants are granted limited, non-transferable rights to use course materials solely for personal learning purposes during their enrollment period. These materials may not be copied, distributed, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written authorization.
Any original work created by participants during our programs remains their intellectual property, though molveraxen reserves the right to use anonymized examples for educational purposes with participant consent.

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with Australian Privacy Principles and applicable data protection laws. Information collected during enrollment and program participation is used solely for educational and administrative purposes.

Our total liability for any claims related to our services is limited to the amount of fees paid by the participant for the specific program in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from program participation.
Educational Disclaimer: Our programs provide skills training and education. Individual results depend on personal effort, application of learned concepts, and various external factors beyond our control.
Program Scheduling and Attendance
Program schedules are provided during enrollment and may occasionally require adjustment due to instructor availability or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will receive reasonable advance notice of any schedule changes.
Attendance Requirements
Regular attendance is essential for program success. Participants who miss more than 20% of scheduled sessions may be required to re-enroll in a future program cycle to receive completion certification.
Make-up sessions or alternative arrangements may be available for participants who miss sessions due to serious illness or emergency situations, subject to instructor availability and program structure.
Termination and Suspension
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. molveraxen reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or disruptive behavior.
Upon termination, participants lose access to course materials and online resources. Completed coursework and certificates earned prior to termination remain valid.
Voluntary Withdrawal
Participants may withdraw from programs at any time but should provide written notice to facilitate proper record-keeping. Refunds for voluntary withdrawal are subject to our refund policy outlined in the Payment Terms section.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage open communication to resolve any concerns about our services. Initial disputes should be directed to our program coordinators for informal resolution.
Formal disputes that cannot be resolved through discussion will be subject to mediation under Australian Consumer Law. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Australian courts under Australian jurisdiction.
Participants retain all rights under Australian Consumer Law, including protections for services that fail to meet consumer guarantees.
Updates to Terms
These terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. Significant changes will be communicated to enrolled participants via email at least 30 days before taking effect.
Continued use of our services after term updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Participants who disagree with updated terms may terminate their enrollment according to our standard termination procedures.
